From providing information about local attractions to assisting with any requests I had, their service was exceptional. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The cozy atmosphere and delicious cuisine at the sky bar added to the overall charm of the hotel. The rooms themselves were cozy and good value for the money, with good room isolation. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and there was a creative Bulgarian-oriented cuisine served at the sky bar.

There was a slight issue with the TV and air conditioner remote controllers not being available, but it didn't detract from the overall positive experience at the hotel.

Spending Easter at this mountain hotel was the best decision ever! the breathtaking view from our room was worth every penny. We enjoyed daily hikes in the surrounding mountains, and the hotel’s spa treatments were the perfect reward after a long day outdoors. the staff was incredibly kind and hospitable, and they went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt at home.

I recently stayed at Mountain Boutique in Devin for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable and clean, ensuring a great night's sleep. The toiletries provided in the bathroom were of high quality, adding a touch of luxury to my stay. I also enjoyed a tasty breakfast each morning, starting my day off in the best way possible. The views from my room were breathtaking and the room itself was spacious, with a soft bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The complimentary wine was a nice touch, although I wish there had been a bottle opener provided. I would highly recommend this mountain boutique hotel for its reasonable prices, excellent location, top-notch customer service, and spotless cleanliness.
