During my recent stay at Mpm Hotel Sport, I had an amazing experience with their customer service. I arrived with my three children, ages 12, 15, and 17, to buy skipasses for our skiing adventure. The staff member at the hotel informed us that my kids were eligible for a student discount, which was a pleasant surprise. They issued us four skipasses, one for me and three for my kids, each with the appropriate logo indicating their age group. However, when we reached the upper gondola lift, an employee mistakenly believed that my 15-year-old son was under 12 and blocked his skipass. Despite my attempts to explain the situation, the employee was unhelpful and dismissive. I later approached the hotel reception and explained the issue, but unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with was rude and uncooperative. Eventually, I had to purchase an additional skipass for my son to rectify the situation, resulting in unnecessary expenses. Despite this frustrating experience, the overall location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms were impressive. Ultimately, I would recommend Mpm Hotel Sport for its desirable location and comfortable accommodations.

The location of this hotel is perfect for those interested in skiing. It is situated away from the hustle and bustle of the cable car area, but still just a short walk away from the slopes. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast had a good selection of food to choose from.

The internet in the hotel was extremely slow and almost inaccessible.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the slopes and the cable car. The staff was friendly and the lobby was spacious. We loved the outdoor hot tub and the spa facilities. The rooms were spacious and had a nice view. we had a great time and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Great Easter stay! the hotel was perfectly located to easily access the slopes and enjoy the mountain views. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant. We loved the breakfast and dinner menus, which offered a variety of delicious dishes. the spa treatments were great after a long day skiing. We especially appreciated the hot tub and sauna.

Our room was average, and the bathroom was small but functional. the hotel bar closed early, which was a bummer after a long day of skiing.

Great location, helpful staff, delicious dinner, excellent breakfast, nice spa.

Everything is what i need and want.
