Great location right in the center of Pamporovo. The room we stayed in was warm and comfortable with a stunning view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast had a good variety of options. The hotel also had great facilities including a swimming pool, sauna, and gym. The only downside was the limited space in the ski wardrobe.
