the hotel provided a shuttle service to the Ralitsa car park, which allowed us to easily access the green 6 piste that led to the lifts at Studenets and Malina. the rooms were spacious and clean, with all the necessary facilities. the breakfast offered delicious options and the staff provided friendly service.

The hotel lacked certain basic amenities, such as pillow covers and soap in the bathroom.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for skiing enthusiasts like myself. The hotel was situated very near to the slopes, allowing for easy access to the main ski area. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious with a beautiful forest view and a comfortable king-sized bed, ensuring a cozy and relaxing experience. Moreover, I was impressed with the hotel's attention to detail, as the rooms had a very good internet connection, perfect for staying connected during my vacation. Lastly, the breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious and provided a great start to the day.
