The hotel is stylish, cosy, and classy with high-quality rooms and comfortable beds. The staff is young, polite, and professional. The entire hotel is very clean, including the spotless bathrooms. The AC is available everywhere and there is even an elevator. The breakfast options are fulfilling and there is a Bulgarian option. The hotel is centrally located, close to restaurants and bars.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, spacious and well-equipped. No noise from the street, pleasant walk to the beach. Helpful in providing directions and even assisting in finding a lost item. Easy access to public transportation and nearby shops and restaurants.

Great breakfast and friendly staff, also it was close to restaurants and shops. the room had a great view of the city and the bed was comfortable, which made for a cozy romantic escape.

But there was a strange odor in the room that never went away and made it difficult to relax. the shower was also a bit moldy and not as clean as we would have liked.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, situated right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the attractions and explore the pedestrian area without any cars around. Plus, being above a casino added a touch of excitement to my stay.
