Breathtaking views, impeccable service, and an amazing spa experience. I was blown away by the modern design of my room and the stunning view from the balcony. The spa facilities were top-notch, offering a variety of saunas, steam rooms, and a lovely pool. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and relaxing getaway.

The hotel is located in a convenient spot near the Malina bus stop, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, it is situated next to some of the best restaurants in Pamporovo, providing guests with ample dining options. For those who enjoy skiing, the hotel is in close proximity to the Snezhanka slopes, allowing for easy access to the slopes.

There is no generator in the hotel, which can be inconvenient in case of a power outage.

The hotel offered everything I needed to relax and unwind. the room was stylish with ample space and a comfortable bed. the private facilities exceeded my expectations, from the luxurious spa treatments to the modern health club. the restaurant provided a vast array of delicious meals, which I thoroughly enjoyed. the location was ideal, only a short distance from the ski slopes.

Although the stay was fantastic, the sauna fell short of my expectations. the heat level was not as high as I would have liked, leading to a less enjoyable experience.

The scenery was breathtaking and the room had a lovely view. the location was perfect, close to all the sights and experiences we wanted to enjoy. Plus, the bed was really comfortable.

Our romantic escape was dampened by the unfriendly staff and the less than stellar spa facilities. the staff seemed to be unapproachable and short-tempered, which really put a damper on our mood.
