Great spa facilities and friendly staff. the hotel's spa facilities were a great way to relax during the new year break. the hot mineral pool, Jacuzzi, Hammam, and Sauna were all free of charge and located in the same building as the rooms, so it was very convenient to use them. the staff was extremely friendly and made our stay more enjoyable.

Some room details were not well-maintained and breakfast could have been better. We noticed that some small details in the room were not in good condition, such as the unhinged cabinet doors and shower head holder that didn't hold the showerhead.
