We booked a studio which had the perfect amount of space, a beautiful terrace with mountain views, and convenient parking. the location was ideal, with easy access to the spa and a peaceful atmosphere away from the busyness of Bansko. the price was reasonable for what we received, and the resort's attention to detail in arranging the buildings to face the mountains was impressive.

The breakfast buffet was decent and included plenty of options. the location in the mountains provided stunning views and the opportunity for outdoor activities.

The bathroom was tiny and felt cramped. Despite staying for several nights, the room was never properly cleaned and we had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper.

Lovely spa and playground, tons of dining options, free Wi-Fi. Also enjoyed the seasonal outdoor pool and ski school. Had a great massage and drinks by the pool.
