Excellent pool, spa, children playgrounds, good food at restaurants. Comfortable bed, river view, relaxed atmosphere. Big rooms, well-maintained garden. Two big swimming pools, nice walk to city park.

During my recent stay at Pirin Park, I was amazed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the fantastic facilities available for kids. The rooms were spacious and offered a breathtaking view from every window. The breakfast provided was delightful and the atmosphere of the hotel was tranquil.

The hotel could improve on the capacity of their restaurant during breakfast, as it may not be able to comfortably accommodate all guests.

The hotel had a great location, close to the city center and with easy access to public transportation. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great views of the river and excellent bathroom facilities. the outdoor pool was a great advantage, offering a lovely and warm place to swim after a long day of work.

The restaurant service was a disappointment, with rude waiters and long waiting times for a mediocre meal. the spa facilities were in need of maintenance, with barely functioning steam baths and no water dispensers available.

Luxurious amenities and exceptional service make this hotel the perfect getaway. the Spa & wellness centre offers an array of treatments to choose from, including a relaxing massage and a rejuvenating facial.

Although minor, the hotel lacks outdoor swimming pools. the beautiful location and stunning sun terrace more than make up for it.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and comfortable rooms. We particularly loved our room facing the river, as it created a soothing atmosphere with the sound of running water. The spa facilities were excellent and well-maintained. We had a relaxing massage that was expertly done, leaving us feeling completely rejuvenated.

The main restaurant was overly loud, with the music being too much at times. we would have liked to see more local specialties on the menu, rather than just generic beef dishes.

Le petit-déjeuner était simple mais copieux et varié. La chambre était claire, spacieuse et calme, même si elle donnait sur la route. Nous avons apprécié le petit balcon. Le propriétaire de l'hôtel était aux petits soins pour ses clients. De plus, cet hôtel était très bien situé, près des restaurants, des temples et du marché du dimanche soir dans la vieille ville.
