Cozy living room/kitchen. Good location near gondola & restaurants. Beautifully decorated hotel, warm and comfortable rooms. Small spa area was clean and relaxing. Basic breakfast but had all essentials. Convenient ski equipment storage room. Easy access to slope.

Predela Lux Aparthotel exceeded our expectations and provided the best value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we made our reservation. The rooms were immaculately clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel had great facilities including a hammam, sauna, and hot tub. The children loved the indoor pool and even went cycling. The location was convenient, with beautiful views from the balcony. We will definitely be returning to Predela Lux Aparthotel.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! the value for money was incredible. We got so much more than we paid for. The attention to detail was evident everywhere, from the nicely decorated rooms with comfortable big beds, to the delicious breakfast that had a variety of options. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. The location was perfect, a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle, but still within walking distance of the ski lift and restaurants. A truly excellent place to stay!

Great location, close to the ski lift and in a quiet area. The interior was tastefully furnished and had a beautiful garden view. The staff was friendly and polite, and the spa facilities and restaurant were great.

The swimming pool was quite cold, and it was not suitable for kids. , the walls were too thin, so we could hear the neighbors next door, which was really disturbing and annoying.

I stayed at a lovely hotel in Bansko with friendly staff. The apartment felt like home with a small garden for kids and a romantic river. The pool was good and there were enough parking spaces.
