I had an exceptional experience staying at the Intercontinental in Sofia. the hotel's outstanding location provided breathtaking views from my 5th floor apartment, overlooking the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and Parliament building. the modern and contemporary design of the hotel was impressive, and the size and cleanliness of the rooms were excellent. the quality of the bedding was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and restful sleep. the amenities in the bathroom were well-stocked, and the service provided by the staff was truly excellent. I received helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants and enjoyed three great nights at the hotel. I will definitely be returning in the future!

The housekeeping services were exceptional, with helpful staff who swiftly met our needs. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and soft pillows. The breakfast variety could be improved, but the delicious Bulgarian specialties were a highlight. The bar staff were patient, even late at night.

The breakfast was amazing, with a good mix of classic luxury and modern twist. Ideal and central location close to the best sights of the city. The restaurant served very good quality food. The room had a good view, comfy beds, and pillows. The bathroom was spacious with a shower and bath. Most staff were friendly and helpful. I got a room upgrade for my birthday party.

I was impressed by the huge and luxurious bathroom in the room. The breakfast options were exceptional, with a mix of buffet and "a-la-carte" choices. The parking service was extremely helpful as we traveled by car. The location of the hotel was perfect, and the spa and gym facilities were clean and well-kept. I had an exceptional experience at Intercontinental Sofia. I highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at Intercontinental Sofia for a week-long business trip, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. The hotel itself is modern and luxurious, with spacious rooms equipped with all the amenities you could need. The staff is what truly sets this hotel apart, with their exceptional professionalism and friendly attitude. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of by the doorman and the reception staff. The breakfast was delicious and the service was outstanding. A special shout out to Nina for her exceptional service during breakfast and Ms. Sevda Hadjieva, the Reception Manager, for making our stay so comfortable.

The stunning scenery outside was nicely complemented by the luxurious room interior. Oh, and I absolutely loved being able to taste Sofia's thermal waters at the fountains outside the building!

I recently stayed at a modern and luxurious hotel in a great location. The hotel was close to the bustling shopping area of Vitosha and within walking distance of the best sights in the city. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a stylish bathroom. The service from the staff was impeccable, and they assisted us in every way possible. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food, including fresh fruits and dairy products. Additionally, the hotel had fantastic facilities, such as a club area and a restaurant with great food and ambiance.

One minor drawback was that the hotel was located a bit far from the city center, requiring either a taxi ride or a longer walk to reach the main attractions.

For the price we paid, we definitely got our money's worth. The room was spacious and well-designed with a great view of the Parliament building. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay.

The staff were excellent at every level - from the front desk at reception to the person at the door. Reception immediately connected my name with my ambassador status and gave us a great upgrade. There was help offered with the luggage upon arrival, as well as handling the parking of the car. Breakfast was very good - one thing that I especially appreciate is the availability of champaign/prosecco for a beverage I like at breakfast - a mimosa. The location was excellent. Parking for the car was at great location - right in front of the hotel. The restaurant and the cafe were very good. The bathroom was very good with a rain-type shower. the room was excellent.

During my recent visit to Sofia, I had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel. From the moment I entered, I was impressed by the stylish and modern design of the property. My room on the 2nd floor had a full wall window with stunning views of the National Assembly and a glimpse of the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral - it was truly breathtaking. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with USB charging ports, a powerful shower, and comfortable pillows. I also appreciated the ample storage space, including the bathroom counter.

We had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental in Sofia. the convenient location allowed us to easily explore the city, with our room on the fifth floor offering a stunning view of Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and the Parliament building. the cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the pillows provided great comfort. the hotel's staff were attentive and provided excellent customer care. the recently renovated hotel had modern and stylish furnishings, and the spacious rooms were equipped with a comfortable king size bed. the on-site restaurant offered tasty food with plenty of options. we were extremely satisfied with our vacation/business stay, and the excellent price-service ratio was a bonus.

Sadly, the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. the carpets were stained, and the waste bins in the room and bathroom were not always emptied.
