Had a fantastic Easter break at this hotel in Bansko! the hosts were incredibly helpful, giving us insider information on mountain walks and routes. the location was perfect, making it easy to explore both the Old Town and the Gondola Station. the homemade food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients used in traditional local dishes. Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay!

The town was a bit chaotic due to ongoing utility replacements, but it didn't impact our enjoyable stay. Everything else was perfect and we had a wonderful experience.

Amazing hospitality! We arrived late and Kris still took the time to feed us and offer us wine, even after the restaurant was closed. The rooms were comfortable and perfect for our needs. The next day, when no taxis were available, Kris gave us a lift. I highly recommend this hotel.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was an absolute delight! The cozy rooms were perfect for the holiday season, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for all our gifts. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the ski slopes and the charming old town with its great restaurants. But the best part was definitely the warm hospitality of the owners. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, offering a delicious homemade breakfast every morning and even providing robes and towels for the sauna and hot tub. It truly felt like a home away from home.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there was one minor inconvenience. When we needed change after paying in cash, it turned out that the owner was on holiday and no change was available.
