Great location! the hotel had a beautiful lobby and friendly staff. the room was comfortable and clean, with a nice view. We appreciated the good quality toiletries and the fast Wi-Fi, great for watching videos on our devices.

The air conditioning in the room was not working properly and made us feel uncomfortable at times. It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room to store some refreshments.

One memorable moment was when it was my birthday during my stay, and the hotel surprised me with a birthday cake delivered to my room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my day extra special. I had a wonderful experience at the Astoria Grand Hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
