The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, even preparing food for late arrivals. The diverse and tasty breakfast options are a great way to start the day. Supermarkets and stores are conveniently nearby, making it easy to stock up on essentials.

We had a spacious and clean room with a magnificent sea view. The hotel's luxurious architecture and proximity to the beach were impressive. The food was diverse and tasty, except for the sour sarmi. The restaurant staff was friendly and quick to clean the tables. The receptionist, Svetlana, and the bartender, Ivan, were both helpful. The hotel had an entertainment program in the evening on the terrace. The hotel was quiet and had no loud music or clubs. All the electric and electronic devices worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was excellent on the top floor. I highly recommend this hotel for its good value for money.

On some occasions, the food options were limited, especially for kids. We also found plastic in our food twice, which was concerning.

the hot water in our room was not working properly and we had to endure cold showers for the entire stay. the sofa in the room was uncomfortable and too small for our family.
