The location was great, right next to the street of crafts and a short walk from the old town. The amenities such as the small fridge and air conditioning worked well. The shower room was spotless and the towels were clean. The hotel also provided Bulgarian Rose toiletries which added a nice touch. The receptionists were consistently friendly and helpful, offering advice on places to eat and arranging a taxi for us. The buffet-style breakfast had a good selection of cold and hot items, as well as fruit and a toaster for making toast.
