The hotel had a great location with easy access to the city center. the staff was friendly and the breakfast had a nice variety of food.

The room could have been cleaner and the heating and air conditioning were not working properly which made the temperature difficult to control. it was an okay experience but with some improvement, it could have been much better.

One thing I really enjoyed about my recent stay at Hotel Zoo was the proximity to the zoo itself. It was such a unique experience to be able to visit the zoo right around the corner from the hotel. Being able to explore the animal exhibits and enjoy the sights and sounds of the zoo added an extra element of excitement to my stay. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location near the zoo.
