This hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood of Smolyan. Situated between the forest and the sky, the location offers breathtaking views. The rooms with fireplaces are cozy and well-equipped, providing a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Additionally, the staff provides excellent service, ensuring all your needs are met. Basic amenities are provided, including a very decent internet connection. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast included in the stay!

The only minor issue was the slightly uncomfortable bed.

I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and lovely design of the hotel. The view from my room was absolutely stunning. The facilities exceeded my expectations, especially the relax room. Despite a small issue with the heating on the first night, the staff quickly provided a heater and resolved the problem the next day. The service I received was truly exceptional, with some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I have encountered in my travels. I can confidently say that Hotel Smilen is now one of my favorite hotels, and I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value for money and overall enjoyable experience.

The view from the room was beautiful and relaxing. the hotel is located close to the town center and main attractions. the amenities, such as the gym and pool, were clean and well-maintained.

The staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming. the room was not thoroughly clean, and the bedding had stains.
