The spa facilities were impressive, with a great variety of pools, baths and massages to choose from. the breakfast was also quite good, with a decent selection of fresh items available. the location was perfect if you're looking to escape the noise and hustle and bustle of the city, and just enjoy a relaxing stay.

The staff was not very friendly or helpful, and seemed to lack the ability to communicate effectively with guests. the room cleanliness left much to be desired, with stray hairs and stains visible throughout the room.
