The hotel's location is convenient, just a short walk from the town center. The indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzis provide great relaxation options. The cleanliness of both the hotel and our room was excellent. Breakfast offered a good variety of options. The restaurant's food and service were exceptional.

The Christmas atmosphere was nice with decorations in the hotel lobby and common areas. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold dishes and the Bulgarian pastry was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. The hotel had a good central location, close to a lovely park and within walking distance of the town center.

One of the dipping pools outside was not working, and the pool facilities inside felt small for a spa hotel.

This hotel provided me with a luxurious experience that exceeded my expectations. The indoor swimming pool was spacious and impeccably kept, and the sauna was an added bonus. The spa center had a wide variety of services to choose from, including an incredible massage. The manicure service provided was excellent, and the view from the sun terrace was breathtaking.

The only issue I experienced was a minor delay in receiving in-room breakfast. However, once it arrived, it was delicious and served by friendly staff.
