Loved the mixture of traditional elegance and contemporary comfort. Great location and delicious European cuisine. The pool offered so many fancy massages that I felt like a pampered queen.

Water pressure was a bit of a joke, but who needs a good shower when you can have fancy massages?

I had a fantastic stay at The Lodge in Samokov. The location was perfect, right next to the gondola for easy access to the slopes. The spa area was a pleasant surprise, with a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and pool. I loved that I could enjoy it all to myself, thanks to the size of the hotel. The breakfast spread had a great variety of warm English-style dishes and Bulgarian/continental options. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and comfortable ski vacation.

The breakfast was decent, and the room was clean and spacious enough for a business trip. the location was also convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. the hotel offered a shuttle service, which was a plus.

The staff was unprofessional and unresponsive to requests. One of the elevators was out of service, which made it challenging to move around the hotel.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. The location of this place was ideal, as it was right in front of the Gondola, allowing us easy access to the higher areas. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, especially the friendly and attentive general manager who introduced herself to us. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from tea and coffee facilities to a well-stocked mini-bar. The room itself was spacious and beautifully furnished, with a cozy sitting area, a dining table, and a lovely patio to enjoy the views. We also appreciated the free toiletries and the convenience of having an electric kettle in the room. The overall facilities were excellent, including the free Wi-Fi, which allowed us to stay connected, and the availability of cots for families with little ones.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is right in front of the Gondola, making it incredibly convenient to access the ski terrains. The service here is top-notch, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry all available. I also appreciated the airport shuttle, valet parking, and shuttle service, which made getting around a breeze. The room amenities were excellent, with ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a lovely terrace and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The heated floor in the bathroom was a nice touch. The location was excellent, with plenty of nearby restaurants, bars, and amenities. The spa and gym facilities were also good, and the massages were excellent. a great place for party people.

Felt like VIPs, no complaints at all.
