Spent a weekend there, the atmosphere was really soothing! The staff was super friendly and we had two big rooms with nice decor. Access to a spa that was just amazing, so warm and had every feature you could want, perfect for relaxing after a cold day outside.

It wasn’t the cheapest option, but the experience was still worth it.

The location is oddly positioned behind a petrol station on a busy road!!! The outdoor pool was filthy, and the restaurant atmosphere was uncomfortably loud!!! Maintenance issues, like limescale buildup in the showers, also detract from the experience!!!

Take advantage of the spa's various sauna types to maximize relaxation, and don't miss the serene walking paths around the beautiful gardens.

the spa is almost nice, but people were rudely told to wear slippers or pay for them, ridiculous! and the pool was freezing, absolutely nobody wanted to swim. i must say, i expected a complimentary treat at least for my inconvenience, but clearly that’s too much to ask, just couldn’t bring myself to give a good review.

The outdoor pool was fantastic for my kids, and the gardens were beautiful. The breakfast selection was always on point, with plenty for everyone to enjoy. Plus, the pool area had great vibes and was perfect for our family.

My wife says that the bathroom could use a thorough cleaning.

The gardens were nice to walk through, but the reception felt cold. I spent time by the pool, which was enjoyable. I had a moment of surprise when I found the location difficult to find, tucked away behind a busy road. The indoor beauty treatment offered some peace after a long day. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi as I was able to check in with my family back in New York.

i loved being just a short walk away from the beautiful south park, where i could enjoy leisurely strolls and take in the green views, and the nearby national palace of culture was perfect for my explorations of the city’s rich history.

Had a decent time here , the outdoor pool area was really nice, but the spa was the real deal, so many options like the sauna and steam room. Plus, I loved relaxing in the warm pool after a day out, couldn't get enough of it!

This place suits me perfectly. I love the free Wi-Fi, the relaxing spa area, and the friendly bar/lounge. During my first stay, the staff helped me find dining spots, which I really appreciated. I recommend trying the massage service for a true relaxation experience. I’ll be back for another holiday!

the spa and wellness center is phenomenal with multiple saunas and a big indoor pool. the staff was super friendly and the food at the restaurant was tasty. loved the garden vibe around the hotel, perfect for relaxing.
