The staff at Viand Hotel went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We arrived earlier than expected and they were able to provide us with an early check-in, allowing us to settle in and start enjoying our vacation right away. The animation team was fantastic, especially the girls from the Flying Team who did an amazing job entertaining the kids. The hotel is conveniently located right on the beach, giving us easy access to the beautiful coastline. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, providing us with a comfortable space to relax. Additionally, there were some pleasant surprises in the meals, with tasty dishes and fresh fruits and vegetables. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful summer vacation.

We stayed in this hotel for over a month and it quickly became our favorite place to stay. The service here was exceptional, with the general manager and bartender going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The cocktails were perfect and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities we needed, like good water pressure and lots of hot water. Plus, the disposable shower curtains were a nice touch. The food may have been simple, but it was cooked well and always fresh. It was even better than some of the meals we had in paid restaurants. The entertainment was great, although we wish it had been every night. The room was quiet and had a beautiful sea view. we had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it to families and anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

In terms of drawbacks, the parking here does come at an additional cost of 15 leva per day. However, considering all the positives of this hotel, we believe it is well worth it.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, with special mention given to Petaya for organizing trips and providing excellent service. The hotel also has entertainment at night, ensuring a fun experience for all guests. there is a supermarket conveniently located nearby, offering easy access to other food options.

Parking spaces are limited, and guests are either required to leave their car keys with the hotel or find alternative parking options.

Value for money was excellent. The room was spacious and had a beautiful sea view. The hotel's location was perfect, right on the beach. The staff treated us like family, offering us an early check-in and extended parking time. The animation team was dedicated to making the children's stay enjoyable. The hotel premises were clean and there were nice seated areas under sun umbrellas.

The food for breakfast could be improved with more seasoning.
