our recent stay in sozopol was amazing and Villa List exceeded our expectations. the friendly staff made us feel welcomed and the breakfast had a nice variety of options. the room was impeccably clean and beautifully styled. we especially enjoyed the convenient path to the beach. Villa List truly made our vacation memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of Sozopol and just steps away from the beach. We were able to enjoy beautiful views of the sea from our room. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist us. We were particularly impressed with the concierge who helped us park our car and the twins who served us in the lobby bar with a smile. The amenities were top-notch, with a great pool, comfortable beds, and a delicious breakfast with warm scrambled eggs. We also loved the fact that we could get a cup of tea for breakfast.

We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff was excellent and the location was perfect for exploring the area.

We had an amazing time staying at a hotel that was just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the main tourist road and the central bus station. Our room had a direct view of the sea, which was breathtaking. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests. The room was well-maintained and the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the amenities like the pool and gym. our stay was fantastic and we would highly recommend this hotel to others.

There was one small downside - the elevator to reach our room on the 4th floor was unreliable and would sometimes malfunction.

We had a great stay at Villa List! The location was fantastic, just steps away from the beach. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bed and fluffy towels. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Although there were a couple of small issues, such as a noisy air conditioner and limited balcony space, they were quickly resolved by the staff. I would highly recommend Villa List for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We spent a great New Year's vacation at a hotel with fantastic sea views. the room was spacious and cozy, with daily towel changes. the location was perfect, near banks, exchange offices, and supermarkets. We enjoyed being close to the beach and old town, with many excellent restaurants nearby. the breakfast was plentiful and had a good variety of foods. the hotel offered car and bike rental for those who wanted to explore the area further.

The hotel's Wi-Fi connection was poor. We could only connect in the lobby and restaurant areas, which was inconvenient.

The location of this hotel was amazing, just a 1-minute walk from the main tourist road and right in front of the beach. It was super convenient to have all the main restaurants and the lively atmosphere of Sozopol's life right on my doorstep. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and well-maintained environment. The breakfast was fresh and well-prepared, and the dining room was spacious with excellent views. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
