The staff was incredibly kind and polite, always available and happy to help. The spa zone is a great addition, offering free access to the jacuzzi and sauna. The food variety is extensive and delicious, including fresh fruits, cookies, burgers, and more at the snack bar. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the staff is extremely polite and helpful. The animation team provides great activities for both children and adults. The pool is fantastic, and although sunbed availability can be challenging, the overall experience is enjoyable. The room upgrade to one with a sea view was excellent, with comfortable and clean accommodations. The friendly staff maintains a nice vacation vibe throughout the stay. The food served is plentiful, tasty, and diverse, with the BBQ restaurant and beach terrace being exceptional. Despite not being directly on the beach, the hotel offers a peaceful and lovely atmosphere. The staff's friendliness, the pool cleanliness, and the reliable beach bus were definite bonuses. The wine quality and snacks were enjoyable, especially the coffee from the Nescafé machine.

We had a fantastic stay thanks to the cleanliness of the hotel area and the well-maintained facilities. The hotel staff was exceptional, always smiling and eager to assist us with any request. The location of the hotel, with the stairs that lead to the reception, made it convenient for us to access all the amenities. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the themed dinners at the restaurant. The free parking and transportation provided added convenience to our stay.

We came here for the 4th time and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the themed dinners. The hotel had a spa and wellness center where we relaxed after a long day. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing swim. There were also many activities available such as hiking and cycling. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this place to family and friends.

The hotel is not so close to the beach, requiring a bit of a walk or a shuttle bus ride.

The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, I didn't want to leave! The room was also very spacious and clean. The meals at the all-inclusive restaurant were excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the barbecue restaurant for in-between meal cravings. The staff at the bar and restaurant were friendly and provided great service. The private beach, accessed by the hotel's shuttle bus, was clean and had plenty of sunbeds available. I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at this hotel.

There were a few small drawbacks during my stay, such as the limited variety of desserts and the fact that the beach bar only served beer. Additionally, the shuttle bus to the beach was old and crowded, making the journey a bit uncomfortable.

Limited parking and crowded shuttle bus were frustrating. The shuttle bus was often hot and overcrowded, and it was difficult to coordinate and move cars from the stacked parking.
