Our recent stay at Voya Beach Resort was absolutely fantastic. The hotel itself is beautiful, with well-designed rooms and a clean, well-maintained atmosphere. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing variety of food options, including delicious vegan dishes. The all-inclusive drinks were also a nice touch. The activities and entertainment provided, such as the water slides and kids club, were top-notch. We also enjoyed the spa treatments and the stunning view from our room. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

While our stay at Voya Beach Resort was mostly excellent, there were a few minor drawbacks. The Wi-Fi signal could have been stronger, and there were some issues with the ventilation in our bathroom.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our family vacation. We were able to enjoy the beach, which was just a short walk away, and soak up the sun and sand between meal times, entertainment, and rest time. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, always friendly and willing to assist. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, and we loved the beautiful view from our room.

One small drawback was the limited entertainment options for kids in the kids club. More activities and an extended program would have been a great addition to keep the little ones entertained throughout the day.

The food offered a decent variety and the location was easily accessible to nearby attractions. the room was clean and furnished nicely, giving it a comfortable feel. the pool was also well maintained.

The parking fees were quite steep, making it a bit of an inconvenience for guests who have driven. the biggest downside was the customer service, which felt uninviting and lacked a welcoming atmosphere.

We recently stayed in a new luxurious hotel in a beautiful location. We were impressed by the exclusive amenities like the uniquely designed spa center where we indulged in full body massages and body wraps. the entertainment team provided excellent live shows for adults during the evening and a fun kids club during the day. the pool area was spacious and there were plenty of sun loungers for us to relax in while sipping on refreshing cocktails. We were delighted with the delicious and diverse options provided by the snack bar and the restaurant. the private facilities were perfect for us to enjoy some alone time.

The beautiful beachfront was somewhat wild but only a short walk from the hotel, we found a paid area with all the amenities. the only minor problem we encountered was some communication issues with some of the staff, some of which didn't speak Bulgarian.

Amazing hotel facilities, great room, spectacular food, warm and welcoming staff, variety of activities.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated in the busy city center, with easy access to various restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, exceeding the standards of most hotels in Bulgaria. In addition, the breakfast offers a wide variety of options, catering to all dietary preferences. Guests can also enjoy the beautiful view of Nesebar and Sunny Beach from their rooms. Furthermore, the hotel offers underground private parking for added convenience.

It is worth noting that some staff members struggled to communicate in English, which may create difficulties for non-Bulgarian speaking guests.
