Stayed at a centrally located hotel with clean and spacious rooms. The view of the Tsaravets Citadel and gorge was absolutely stunning, worth the extra cost. Enjoyed the amenities, especially the health club and the restaurant with delicious food and beautiful views. a very good experience and would definitely return.

It is also within walking distance to the citadel, allowing for breathtaking views of the Tsarevets fortress. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by shops, providing easy access to any necessities or souvenirs you may desire. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay.

One aspect of the hotel falls short in terms of service. The communication and willingness to assist from the reception staff could be improved, as demonstrated by the incident where a guest was denied help in making a simple phone call.

I have just returned from my stay at a hotel in a beautiful European city. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of town. And let me tell you, the view from my room was breathtaking! I could see a magnificent fortress right from my window. It was such a treat to wake up to that every morning. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, one of the largest I've ever had in Europe. The facilities were nice, although the hot tub and pool were unfortunately too cold to use during my visit. The staff were friendly and helpful, although communication in English was a bit limited. However, they did go above and beyond by moving our luggage without us even asking. my experience at this hotel was fantastic.

Now, there were a couple of small drawbacks to my stay. the room and facilities were a bit dated.

This place is perfectly located in the center of the old city. I loved being able to walk to all the sights and explore the charming streets. The service here is top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The room amenities are also impressive, with a mini-bar, sitting area, and terrace. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I even received a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I loved the warm and cozy atmosphere of the hotel, a rare find in Bulgaria. The amazing view of Tsarevets fortress at night was breathtaking. The staff here were super friendly, from the reception to the restaurant, spa, and cleaning staff. They answered all our questions and even surprised us with a dessert at the hotel restaurant. The spa facilities were top-notch and the pool was great. The breakfast had a variety of delicious options and the NYE party and Jan 1st brunch were fantastic. a great stay!

We had an amazing stay at Yantra Grand in Veliko Tarnovo. The panoramic view from our room was breathtaking, and the central location was perfect for exploring the city. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner options, especially on the beautiful panoramic terrace. The hotel amenities, like the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, were a great bonus. a great value for money, and we couldn't recommend this hotel more.

We had a fantastic stay with great views. the breakfast was outstanding and there were a lot of options to choose from. We also enjoyed a couple of meals at the restaurant which were very reasonably priced. the location was perfect - close to all the top attractions and restaurants. We appreciated the helpful staff who were always available to assist with any queries we had.
