We had a fantastic stay at Amanjaya Pancam Suites. The hotel is well-maintained and our room was spacious with everything we needed. The comfortable beds and unbeatable views made our stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary cook-to-order breakfast was a great touch. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The view from the room was stunning - two rivers merging, what could be better? the room itself was very spacious and had some nice local touches. the hotel had a great location, close to some of the city's main sights and within walking distance. the staff were helpful and the amenities in the room, particularly the complimentary items, were appreciated.

The breakfast could have been better - not enough vegetarian options and the fruit selection was quite poor. There was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke coming into the room from time to time, which was unpleasant.

They were accommodating to our early check-in request and efficiently fixed any maintenance issues. The hotel's location by the Riverside was perfect, as it was close to famous attractions such as a pagoda and the palace. We enjoyed waking up to a beautiful sunrise and indulging in delicious breakfasts delivered to our room. The staff cared about our needs and ensured we had an enjoyable stay.
