We absolutely love staying at Baitong Hotel & Resort! the location is perfect, tucked away from the city, and the jungle pool gives you a unique and refreshing experience. We've been here twice now and always have a great time. the staff is attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome every time we come back. the rooftop bar is our favorite, with live music, delicious cocktails, and snacks. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the beds are comfortable. We also appreciate the central location and easy parking. Can't wait to visit again soon!

During my recent stay at Baitong Hotel & Resort, I had the most delicious breakfast. I especially loved the made-to-order eggs and noodle soup. The variety of options was impressive and the quality of the food was excellent. The staff were attentive and quick to clean up after guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

While the hotel had a salad bar, I would have liked more plant-based options. Most of the dishes contained meat, with only occasional stir-fried vegetables or baked beans available.

We stayed at a hotel located in a calm street very close to important touristic areas and lots of shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. However, the breakfast was not satisfactory, and the choices were limited. Nonetheless, other facilities such as the rooftop bar and gym were great amenities offered to us during our stay.

The hotel surroundings were quite noisy due to ongoing construction during our visit.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern with comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast served on the rooftop had a variety of delicious options, and the rooftop bar was a great spot to relax in the evening. The jacuzzi and forest pool were stunning, surrounded by beautiful greenery.

This place is located in a quiet street close to the Independence monument. It's also nice in BKK1, which is called the downtown, and there are nice coffee shops and restaurants right next to the hotel. The staff here are always friendly, polite, and helpful, providing good service. The rooms are enormous, spotlessly clean, and have really nice styling throughout. The breakfast buffet is the best we've had in the past 3 months of traveling, with a great selection of Western and local foods. The rooftop bar is fun and offers a great view.

This place is not in a very nice part of town to go out walking. However, it is recommended for families.

During my business trip, I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi provided daily. the hotel's central location and easy access to public transportation made it convenient for me to explore the city after my work was done. One of the best things about the hotel was the spacious and well-designed rooms that provided excellent restful sleep.

Although the location and amenities of the hotel were top-notch, the price was much higher than other options in the area. Despite these issues, the overall experience was enjoyable but the high price point made it tough to consider for my future business trips.

We had a fantastic stay at Baitong. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. They accommodated our request for early check-in without any extra charge, even though it is typically an additional fee. the rooms with balconies were clean and spacious, offering a lovely view of the city. the breakfast was delicious, and we also enjoyed a great dinner at the hotel. the price ratio was reasonable, especially considering the quality of our stay. If we return to Phnom Penh, we will definitely choose Baitong again. the staff spoke English well, and the large rooms were another highlight of our experience.
