The hotel had beautiful rooms and grounds, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the pool area was breathtaking, and they arranged fun tours for us. the food was really good, especially the breakfast. the spa was also beautiful, and I had the best massage ever. I would love to return.

The food and drinks at the hotel were quite expensive, and the quality was average to below average. Some areas of the hotel were closed for private events, which meant we couldn't access certain facilities during our stay.

Experiencing this hotel was like entering another world, where luxury and comfort are a way of life. the outdoor swimming pool was simply breathtaking, surrounded by lush greenery, and with impeccable service from the staff. the room was spacious and had exclusive amenities, including a private terrace to enjoy the view. the restaurant and bar lounge area offered delicious food and refreshing drinks, and the location provided easy access to the main attractions.

I encountered a minor issue with the service at the restaurant, where there was a delay in bringing my order. But the staff apologized and made up for it by offering a complimentary dessert.

The hotel is conveniently located near the center of town, making it easy to access all the popular attractions and restaurants. For example, Malis is a great nearby restaurant where you can enjoy delicious food at almost half the cost. The rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious, with a wow-worthy closet and a gorgeous bathroom. The staff is warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist you with anything you need. The breakfast is wonderful, and you can relax by the beautiful swimming pool after a long day of exploring.

The noise from the nearby street festivals can be quite loud at times.

We loved the variety of food available at breakfast. The pool area was lovely and well-maintained. Jasmine in Concierge was extremely helpful. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance to markets and museums.
