My stay at Billabong was fantastic. The staff were excellent, especially GaGa at reception, who was very efficient and helpful. The cleaning staff did a great job, ensuring that everything was spotless. The rooms, although basic, were clean and comfortable, with amenities like a fridge, TV, and safe. The pool was a highlight, crystal clear and refreshing. The poolside area was the perfect place to relax. The food was also good, with tasty bread at breakfast and delicious cocktails during happy hour. The value for money at Billabong was really impressive compared to other places I stayed at during my trip. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is excellent value for money in a quiet area away from noisy streets but still close to Central Market and Night Market. The staff are friendly, attentive and provide basic amenities such as clean air-conditioned rooms and good WIFI. The beds are excellent, providing a great night's sleep and breakfast is included, with the best toast!

The pool is fantastic and we loved having a refreshing swim after a hot day of sightseeing. The open-air restaurant has great food and reasonable prices. a great value for your money. We highly recommend it.

We loved the fantastic location of this hotel, as it was within easy walking distance to the Royal Palace and a short tuk-tuk ride away from the bustling river area. The proximity to the Lucky supermarket was also a major convenience. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with daily sheet changes and fresh towels. The hotel facilities, such as the swimming pool and the patio, were wonderful, providing a great space to relax and socialize with other travelers. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us.

We definitely got great value for our money at this modern hostel. The dorms with bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and we loved having access to the big pool and restaurant. The staff treated us well and made us feel at home.

The pool and bar area of this hostel were fantastic for lounging and relaxing during my weekend stay. the pool was a great size, and they provided pool towels, so no need to bring your own. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were serviced every day with clean towels and a tidy up. the location was convenient being next to a mall and supermarket, and it wasn't too far from some tourist locations and restaurants.

The electricity did cut out for a few hours each day, and although the lack of wifi didn't bother me, the loss of air conditioning made it quite uncomfortable. the food and drink prices were also on the higher side, and they were a bit inflexible about refunds or cancellations.

One downside is that there were occasional issues with the shower room flooding and a lingering smell of smoke near the pool area.

Spacious dorm with private bathroom, individual lights and plugs by each bed. Nice pool area. Restaurant serves good food, try the breakfast smoothie bowl. Bicycles for rent and bus tickets available.

I had a really good experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist me, especially when I broke my ankle and needed extra assistance. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious beds that provided a good night's sleep. The hotel also had a large pool where I could relax and cool off from the heat. Additionally, the food available at the restaurant was delicious and the prices were reasonable, making dining in very convenient.
