During my stay at Primefold, I was truly blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were always smiling, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. One staff member, Bale, stood out in particular and made my stay unforgettable. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, Bale was there to assist with any request and made me feel cared for personally. As someone who works in the tourism industry and has stayed in many hotels, I was extremely impressed with the level of service provided by Bale and the rest of the staff.

While there were a couple of minor issues with the hot water supply and air conditioner, they did not detract from the overall enjoyable experience.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful. They provide all the information you need for your trip. The location is convenient, with restaurants, markets, and groceries within walking distance. Transportation is affordable with their tuktuk service. The hotel has in-house massage and an outdoor pool.

This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect, with many top-rated restaurants just a short walk away. The room is clean and tidy, with a beautiful view of the pool. The staff is young, dynamic, and always helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, and the hotel even provides a local phone in case guests get lost. They truly go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome and cared for.

The flooring in the room is a bit uneven, which can be a tripping hazard.

I had a fantastic time here! This place is in the perfect location in the center, close to everything but down a quiet street away from the mayhem. The service and amenities were amazing. The room had everything I needed: air conditioning, mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the leisure swimming pool and the fitness center. And the free Wi-Fi was a nice touch.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a fantastic Christmas stay at this hotel. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ellen who made our trip unforgettable. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the lively downtown area, but tucked away on a peaceful street. We also enjoyed the well-distributed and comfortable rooms, with thoughtful jungle-inspired touches in the bathroom.

We couldn't find anything negative to say about our experience at this hotel. Everything was exceptional, from the friendly staff to the beautiful rooms.

Conveniently located in the city center, yet quiet. Varied breakfast options and beautiful pool. Exceptional customer service, especially from the assigned personal concierge. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Memorable and enjoyable stay.

We spent our Xmas holidays in a wonderful hotel! the staff was very attentive and helpful, offering us complementary drinks upon arrival and a delicious breakfast every morning. the hotel is located within walking distance of many restaurants and shops, which was great for us. We also enjoyed the relaxing pool area, which was perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring.

The noise from the street made it difficult to sleep at times. the hotel could benefit from updating some of its amenities.
