Although the location is convenient, it is a bit far from the town center, requiring additional transportation. Some rooms have balconies that lack privacy and overlook construction sites.

Our recent stay at this hotel was a delightful experience. Its proximity to the Angkor Wat temples made visiting them effortless. Moreover, it's conveniently located close to numerous restaurants and Pub Street. The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was excellent with a warm shower and a stone bath. The staff was helpful and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool was a perfect spot for a relaxing afternoon.

The pool is fantastic, very clean and a perfect temperature. the breakfast was also great, with a good variety of food and fresh juices. the hotel is located in a prime area, close to all the action but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always answering questions with a smile.

Occasionally, the towels and linens were slow to arrive. Sometimes, we faced minor difficulties with room service orders, but overall, nothing major or too problematic.

The Restaurant offered delicious dishes and the Bar/ Lounge area was a great place to enjoy a drink.

The only downside is the lack of a public elevator, which might be inconvenient for older travelers.
