Excellent value for money with clean rooms and strong Wi-Fi. Conveniently located near a pool and staff went above and beyond to assist. the Tuk-Tuk service was a great perk for exploring the city.

A mosquito net in the rooms would have been appreciated. Despite these issues, the overall cost made up for these inconveniences.

The hotel is centrally located in a quiet street, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer large beds with mini fridges. The staff is friendly, helpful, and ready to arrange tuk-tuk drivers for guests. The hotel also has a refreshing pool, perfect for relaxation during the stay.

The breakfast provided at the hotel was poor.

Stayed at a chic hotel with good-sized, clean rooms. the staff at Fancy Boutique Villa were friendly and the location was great. the hotel's central location made it convenient for getting transportation and exploring night market and pub street on foot. the pool was a refreshing addition, and we also enjoyed the fish spa. the comfortable bed and clean premises added to our pleasant stay. the new owner and staff were extremely helpful and even treated us to a free beer!

I recently spent my Christmas vacation at a boutique villa in Siem Reap and had a great experience overall. the rooms and pool were exactly as shown in the pictures, which was a relief as sometimes online images can be misleading. the location was fantastic, with the night market and pub street within walking distance. It was also very convenient to have a huge supermarket with an ATM just a minute away from the hotel. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to arrange a tuk-tuk for our Angkor tour and even recommended a delicious local meal for lunch.

There were, however, a couple of negatives that I encountered during my stay. the hotel property was undergoing some construction, which slightly hindered the overall ambiance.

The staff is friendly and flexible, and they offer a tasty complimentary breakfast. The location is superb, with easy access to attractions like Psar Chas, Pub Street, and the Angkor Night Market. there is a large supermarket close by for convenience.

While the hotel has many positive aspects, there were a few drawbacks. The lack of privacy in the rooms was a downside, as there is no bathroom door and the floor-to-ceiling window faces the walkway.

I had an amazing experience at the Fancy Boutique Villa! Great value for money, the room was spacious and beautifully equipped. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the bustling markets and Pub Street. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.
