The front desk team were amazing- the best I have encountered on my many trips to Cambodia. This hotel is a true gem. Don't look anywhere else. You go for a swim in the gorgeous pool and a waterfall magically gets turned on for you. They greet you by name every time you pass, you are treated like family. Nothing is too much trouble. Room was stunning. Perfect location. Complementary lunch and spa treatment included. 100m to pub street.

The location was fantastic, with Pub Street and the Night Markets just a 5-minute walk away. The service provided by the staff was the best I've experienced in all my travels. They were extremely helpful, polite, and made me feel like royalty. I also appreciated the complimentary car service to and from the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable and pampering experience.
