I recently had a fantastic stay at Pandora Suite D'Angkor. As a solo traveler, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality and friendliness of the staff. From the moment I arrived, the employees went above and beyond to ensure my stay was magical. They even took me out after their work hours, making me feel like I was part of their extended family. The property itself is beautiful and peaceful, with spacious and clean rooms. I loved spending hot afternoons by the swimming pool. Special thanks to Joey, Jessie, and Jacob for making my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting!

the luxurious and spacious room was clean with impeccable service. the outdoor swimming pool was a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring. the restaurant had delicious food with special diet menus available, as well as a poolside snack bar for convenience. the location was perfect, as it was close to many popular attractions.

The only minor issue I encountered was the slow wifi connection, but this did not affect my overall experience.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel offered two amazing perks: a complimentary ride from the airport and an upgraded room. the location was also great, just a short walk to everything. the best part was the pool, it was very relaxing. the breakfast was good.

My stay was not perfect. the music from the rooftop bar was too loud and it was impossible to sleep until it was turned off.

I had a great stay at a centrally located hotel, just a short walk to the lively Pub Street area. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the pool from the balcony. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, helping us with tour arrangements and even arranging a last-minute tuk-tuk pickup. The breakfast was delicious, especially the French toast and pancakes. it was a fantastic experience with great facilities and a prime location.

The higher charge for airport drop-offs compared to other hotels.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the fantastic spacious rooms, attentive staff, and great location. The hotel had fast wifi, powerful air conditioning, and no power cuts. The pool area and reception were lovely, and the hotel was meticulously clean. The reception staff, especially Jessie and the team, provided a warm welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay stress-free and memorable. The hotel was accommodating for our group, and there were plenty of cheap and amazing eateries within walking distance. The room options, including the family room and suite, were perfect for our needs.

The customer service was impressive, starting with the manager personally picking us up from the airport. Our room was spacious and had thoughtful amenities like a telescope and a bathtub. The quiet swimming pool was a peaceful oasis, and the breakfast was delicious. I also had a fantastic massage at the hotel. despite a few minor drawbacks such as poor WiFi and a cool pool in the afternoon, I would highly recommend this hotel for its unique ambiance and exceptional service.
