The guesthouse is located in a nice unpaved street, in quite a quiet area which was nice for the evenings when we didn't go out. The room was cleaned every day and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful, giving us tips and arranging transportation. The common areas were cozy and great for meeting other travelers.

The wifi only worked in the common areas, not in the rooms.

The Happy Guesthouse in Siem Reap was a great place to stay. The staff were kind, helpful, and spoke English well. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were kept tidy. The hostel provided all the necessary amenities and offered additional services for a reasonable price, such as hot water and airport transfer.

The location, about a 15-minute walk from Old Market Pub Street, was perfect for us - not too busy but still accessible to the main attractions. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were satisfactory. The rooms, although with fans only and no hot water, were clean and of good size.

The only downside we experienced was the lack of internet in the rooms at the back house.

Great staff and convenient location

Spending Christmas in this guesthouse was a delightful experience. The staff was very accommodating and served delicious food at reasonable prices. The tuk-tuk tour of the temples was very well-organized, and our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. the location was perfect, being situated just a short walk away from the lively streets while still maintaining a peaceful atmosphere.

The room we stayed in had a faint odor, which was a minor annoyance. We also had a few miscommunications with the staff regarding our orders.
