The hotel is conveniently located close to a local interesting market, making it easy to explore and experience the local culture. It is also in the central tourist area, with easy access to the main central area of Siem Reap where Pub Street is. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The WiFi at the hotel was not sufficient, making it difficult to stay connected and plan our daily activities.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the nearby temples. I had a smooth and enjoyable Tuk Tuk tour to visit the temples and it was conveniently arranged by the hotel staff. The service provided by the hotel was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. The room was spacious and clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area was also a highlight, with a nice saltwater pool and comfortable sunbeds. I had a great time here and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

The number of sunbeds by the pool could be improved to accommodate the number of guests in the hotel. However, this does not overshadow the overall positive experience I had at this hotel.

Excellent Escape

The staff at Indra Porak Residence went above and beyond during my month-long stay. They invited me to have lunch with them, allowing me to experience authentic Khmer cuisine. The saltwater pool was a refreshing oasis, and the spacious, modern rooms provided a comfortable retreat. Rithy Lim, the managing director, personally assisted with all our travel plans and even helped us find a formal outfit for a last-minute event. The hotel truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend Indra Porak Residence for an exceptional stay in Siem Reap.

The pool was refreshing and the staff was friendly. the location was great for exploring the local area and trying out some traditional food. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds.

The service left a lot to be desired. Our orders were frequently mixed up or forgotten about, leading to long waits and frustration.
