The room on our second stay was even better, with a large and comfortable bed. The breakfast room had a good selection of cereals and a fresh fruit juice bar. The hotel allowed us to escape the busy city center and relax in a quiet environment. The staff were exceptionally helpful, ensuring we knew how to use the facilities and were always ready to assist.

Upon arrival, we were welcomed by beautiful floral arrangements and impeccable service. Our room was spacious and boasted exclusive amenities such as a private balcony and a luxurious bathroom. the outdoor swimming pool and sauna were both relaxing and well-maintained.

The location of this hotel is far from tourist attractions and requires a tuk-tuk ride to access popular areas. This may not be ideal for those seeking a more central location.

The highlight of our stay was the exceptional food served in the restaurant, especially the dishes prepared by Chef Mr Sattar. we had a great experience at Intercontinental and would recommend it to others.

The brunch was good value and had a wide range of foods to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive. It's located in a nice area near popular attractions. It was easy to find a tuktuk to get around.

The hotel is very old and smells musty. The room was small and outdated. The gym equipment was rusty and difficult to use. The pool was dirty and needed to be cleaned. The overall experience was not worth the price. Would not stay here again.
