As a woman traveling alone, I was delighted with the convenient location of the hotel. It is situated close to a beautiful beach, allowing for easy access to sun and surf. The hotel also offers the added entertainment option of a casino, which can be a fun way to spend an evening. The rooms are modern and spacious, with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast spread is impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. it was a pleasant stay.

One minor drawback was the lack of clear information about the nearby construction site. It would have been helpful to be aware of its presence before arrival.

Although the room was very comfortable and clean, the A/C was difficult to stop. the Chinese restaurant in the hotel had an expensive menu only in Chinese.

The luxurious amenities and exceptional service at this venue exceeded my expectations. the cheerful and accommodating staff catered to my every need, making my stay truly special. the room was pristine and modern, with access to exclusive facilities including a spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool and live entertainment. the restaurant offered a wide variety of delectable Asian and Western dishes, and the bar/lounge area provided a perfect spot for relaxing while enjoying a snack or drink. the venue's location provided a breathtaking view of the sea, truly adding to the luxurious experience.

While the exceptional service certainly outweighs this minor flaw, on a few occasions I experienced some casual language and rudeness on the phone which certainly did not match the high level of professionalism at the rest of this fantastic hotel.

The room at Jin Bei Palace was clean, comfortable, and luxurious. The shower was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel also had a great view of the sea. I had a fantastic stay at Jin Bei Palace and I would highly recommend it to others.

Luxurious rooms with hi-tech facilities and great amenities. Well-located near Serendipity road and Ochheuteal beach. Friendly and attentive staff, particularly Lynak. Delicious and varied breakfast spread with Asian and Western options. Accommodating and generous, especially for special occasions like anniversaries.
