I recently stayed at the Mekong Angkor Palace Inn for a few nights during my visit to Siem Reap. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and polite, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The housekeeping ladies were particularly impressive, as they were meticulous and courteous in their job. I was pleasantly surprised when a young lady at reception, who had worked in the restaurant 2 years ago, recognized me. It truly made my day! The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the main restaurants and bars around Pub Street, while still being tucked away down a private alley. The pool area was stunning and provided a lovely place to relax in the sun. Additionally, the breakfast included in the room rate offered a good choice of options. I had a fantastic experience at Mekong Angkor Palace Inn and would definitely book again if I find myself back in Siem Reap.

The rooms near the eating area were noisy and lacked privacy. The Wi-Fi coverage was poor, with multiple networks that didn't work properly.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was fantastic. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the provided delicious breakfast. Secondly, the location down an alley behind the main street was something we really liked. It was more private but still in a short walking distance to the center. Lastly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, accommodating, and made sure the basic amenities were taken care of, such as cleaning the rooms daily and providing fresh water. I also appreciated having a balcony to enjoy the views.

All in all, our stay was great and there was nothing to complain about.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the city center which is extremely convenient. It is also close to Pub Street, only about a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy the vibrant nightlife. Additionally, the hotel is situated next to a school, giving it a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

Some guests mentioned that the bathroom had grey concrete walls and floors, with some of the concrete falling off in the shower.

Spent Xmas here and it was a great experience! the staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the pool area and the fact that laundry was only $5 with a 24 hour turnaround. Plus, the location was perfect - within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, and shopping areas.

The wifi was not reliable and the breakfast could have been tastier. the aircon was a bit loud at times.
