Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel with paradise-like atmosphere. Spacious and comfortable rooms with lovely bathrooms. Delicious meals served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Warm and inviting pool just outside the room. Affordable trips to the Angkor site. Short distance to buzzing pub street. Excellent service and attention to detail.

The hotel's location was perfect for my busy day of site seeing. It was centrally located and within easy reach of the different attractions around the area. The hotel arranged for a tuk tuk to pick me up the next morning at 7am to see the temples.

The bathroom had some issues with the leaking toilet and lack of hot water.

Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Our room had a great poolside location with a lovely outdoor seating area. The breakfast was delicious and the outside restaurant and bar had a cozy atmosphere with excellent food. Our tuk tuk driver, Mr. Ny, was courteous and took us on a fantastic tour of the temples. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Mr. Ny to anyone visiting the area.

the lush vegetation surrounding the resort created a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. the tasteful decor added to the overall ambiance. the suite was spacious and comfortable, and the luxurious bath tub with a sunset view was a highlight. the staff's hospitality and kindness made me feel right at home. the tuk-tuk driver, Mr Sna, was also excellent. I highly recommend this resort for a trip to Siem Reap and Angkor Wat.

We were amazed by the exceptional care and attention we received during our stay at Model Angkor Resort. When my daughter fell ill, the staff went above and beyond to check on her constantly and offer any assistance we needed. Their kindness and concern made us feel like family.

Our stay was amazing, with friendly staff from the start. The hotel ambassador greeted us at the airport and Sna, the tuk tuk driver, was fantastic. Perfect for families, the quiet rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet is simple but delicious. The central air conditioning can be cold, but the fan is a good alternative. Marvellous facilities, especially the bungalow style rooms and beautiful pool.

The luxurious amenities provided by this hotel were fantastic. the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, including a sauna and steam room, while the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing. the massage services were among the best I've ever received. the location was also great, with beautiful sun terrace, garden area, and pool with a view.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the restaurant. Although the food was delicious, the breakfast menu was limited and did not offer many options.

The resort had a pretty decor, with its luxurious furnishings and cozy atmosphere. the staff were very accommodating, always ready to help in any way we needed. the proximity to key attractions in the area is fantastic, saving us time and money on travel. the pool was also a great feature, allowing us to cool off from the hot sun.

The food wasn't to our liking, as the menu options were limited and lacked variety. the room's air conditioning was not as great as we had hoped, making sleep somewhat uncomfortable.
