I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and modernity of the rooms at Botum Palace. The room was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was also perfect, with easy access to local food stalls, restaurants, and even a nearby mall. It was reassuring to have a police station nearby, ensuring a sense of safety. Additionally, the quiet atmosphere allowed me to relax and enjoy the city view from my balcony. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, safety, and convenient location.

The hotel is conveniently located near a 24hr convenience store, making it easy to grab any necessities at any time. Despite being down a dark alley, the location is within walking distance to some attractions, allowing guests to easily explore the area. The rooms are spacious with small balconies, providing a nice view of the surroundings.

The staff's English proficiency is lacking, which can be inconvenient for non-local guests.

The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout the weekend. the hotel's location was centralized, making it easy to access many of the city's attractions. the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and saved us some money.

Tenth-floor bar provides a relaxing atmosphere and panoramic city views. Spacious room with two balconies and comfortable beds. Excellent hot and cold breakfast options.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting me with tours and organizing transportation. The rooms were spacious and the view from the balcony was amazing. I didn't have a chance to try the food, but the rooftop bar/restaurant offered a breathtaking view and a generous discount for hotel guests. The hotel staff should definitely mention this to guests more often.

I would recommend this hotel to friends without hesitation.
