Gorgeous resort, perfect for exploring nearby Angkor Wat. Peaceful pool area, just a short tuk-tuk ride away from the city center. Exceptional staff, including friendly and professional tuk-tuk driver. Excellent food, especially traditional Khmer dishes. Homely atmosphere with cute dogs roaming around.

Palm Village Resort & Spa was a perfect choice for our temple explorations and relaxation. the Kmer style bungalows were charming, and the spacious bathrooms were a treat. the breakfast options were delicious, and the resort grounds were beautifully landscaped with flowering shrubs that attracted vibrant butterflies. the pool was well-maintained, and the attentive staff made our stay even better. the resort offered convenient itineraries for temple tours, with the option of different transportation modes such as tuk-tuk, car, or van. Exploring the temples and visiting Siem Reap for meals and shopping was made easy with the help of roundtrip tuk-tuk drivers. Palm Village Resort & Spa is truly a magical and well-run place that I would highly recommend. the excellent wifi was an added bonus.

After changing rooms, we were pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the staff at Palm Village Resort & Spa. They accommodated our request to move to a room within the main resort without any additional charges. The tuk tuk drivers outside the hotel were also friendly and reliable. The breakfast was enjoyable, although ordering in advance was a bit inconvenient. Despite being a bit away from the main city, the location was peaceful and provided a nice escape from the hustle and bustle. The resort was close to Angkor Wat, making it convenient for sightseeing. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay in Siem Reap.

If you're interested in seeing Cambodian life outside the tourist areas, this hotel is perfectly situated. It is located on the outskirts of town, away from the hustle and bustle of the main downtown area. From here, you can easily hire the hotel's bikes and cycle into Siem Reap, experiencing a different side of the city. The rooms are traditionally pretty and clean, offering a comfortable stay. the staff is amazing, always friendly and willing to help.
