Welcoming and Attentive Staff

During our stay at Best May Hotel, we were greeted with warm hospitality from the friendly staff. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They even assisted us in arranging tours and pickups, making our sightseeing experience even more convenient. the staff's attentiveness and welcoming nature added a personal touch to our stay at the hotel. With their excellent service, we had a truly enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast menu was excellent offering a range of options. the polite and helpful staff was a real advantage. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to many monuments and restaurants.

The lighting in the room was quite low which made it difficult to work or read. the bathroom amenities were not always readily replenished throughout the stay.

The Best May Hotel in Phnom Penh is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. the location is perfect. It's situated in a great neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to explore the tourist district on foot. Secondly, the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. They go out of their way to ensure that all your needs are met. Finally, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and a balcony to enjoy the views. Plus, the low rate includes a delicious breakfast to start your day off right.

No complaints, everything was absolutely fine during our stay.
