The location is conveniently close to the restaurant and an easy walk to the bustling Pub Street area. The rooms are nicely appointed with marble bathrooms, including a large tub and separate shower. The breakfast spread is delicious, and the two pools provide a substantial and pretty pool area. The staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The A/C can be a bit loud for those who are sensitive to noise.

Great hotel for a city trip with pools on two floors. Located in a central courtyard that offers a peaceful escape from the busy city. Loved the Khmer cultural decorations and historical furnishings. Adored the traditional dance performance and delicious breakfast.

The bathroom cards about environmental concerns were not followed as linen and towels were changed daily without request. Plastic bottles were oversupplied, causing unnecessary waste.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The luxurious amenities were simply amazing! The outdoor swimming pool was great, and we enjoyed its saltwater feature and the sun loungers in the beautiful garden area. The Spa & Wellness Centre offered us a full body massage and a steam room that made us relaxed and relieved after a long day exploring the town. The restaurant provided a delicious in-room breakfast and poolside snack bar, which were a great addition to our stay. The private facilities, including the library and open-air bath, were exclusive and enjoyable.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of live entertainment. Nevertheless, we understand that live performances may not be feasible every day.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at a well-maintained and clean boutique hotel. The interior decoration throughout the hotel, including the rooms, was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service, especially at the breakfast restaurant. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious local and international food. The hotel's location was also ideal, with its proximity to the airport and Angkor Wat being just a 15-minute drive away. I had a great experience at Park Hyatt.

During my stay at Park Hyatt, I had an outstanding birthday celebration. I contacted the concierge to arrange a birthday cake for my husband, and they responded promptly and prepared all the necessary arrangements. The hotel staff's thoughtfulness made our four-day stay truly memorable. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, especially the pho and waffles. We also indulged in a relaxing spa experience, which was both elegant and private. When I fell ill on the last day of our trip, the hotel immediately provided transportation to the hospital, although fortunately, my condition improved without needing medical attention. The dining staff even recognized my husband and kindly offered a takeaway breakfast for me. This personal touch truly exemplifies the luxury experience at Park Hyatt. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Siem Reap.
