We recently stayed in a luxurious hotel that met all of our exclusive needs. The amenities were top-notch, including a stunning outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace, and spa with massage services. The restaurant offered delicious food with a varied menu and accommodating staff. We particularly enjoyed the poolside snack bar and the private facility added an extra level of comfort. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions.

While our stay was nearly impeccable, there was only one minor issue. We found that the fitness facilities were not maintained to the same high standard as the rest of the hotel.

The automated trip offers sent by email could be confusing for some guests.

I had the most delightful experience during my stay at Phum Baitang. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and pampered. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a refreshing local welcome drink and whisked away to the hotel in a luxurious Land Rover. The accommodations were not only comfortable, but also private and serene. The hotel's attention to detail was impeccable - from providing multiple bottles of water during our tours to offering cool towels in the Cambodian heat.

The hotel had stunning gardens, with walkways surrounded by lush green paddy fields. The staff was friendly and the food quality was excellent. The hotel helped organize daily excursions and our tuk-tuk driver was reliable.

Our family of five found the rooms cramped and dark. We had trouble with insufficient natural and artificial light, and the extra beds made it feel cramped.
