The day spa provided the most relaxing facial I've ever had. The champagne breakfast was amazing, with a vast buffet offering fresh pastries, fruits, made-to-order omelettes, and more. The staff throughout the hotel were exceedingly helpful, polite, friendly, and kind. a beautiful property with spacious rooms, excellent service, and a delightful atmosphere.

Additionally, the Christmas market put on by the hotel created a festive atmosphere that was enjoyable and memorable.

One downside during my stay was the issue with insects in the room due to the lights from the market attracting them. However, the hotel staff handled the situation well by promptly moving us to an even larger suite away from the main building.

The concierge was also very helpful in arranging a fantastic tour guide, transportation, and dinner suggestions. The pool was a great place to relax, and the pool bar tender Sok made us feel right at home.

The hotel's recent refurbishment is visually stunning and the service, although not the best, is generally very good in the Far East. The hotel offers a beautiful swimming pool, perfect for swimming lengths, and the food in both restaurants is excellent, with a special mention to the exceptional Khmer food. Plus, the hotel's lounge is a comfortable place to relax and enjoy a drink while listening to the pianist.

There were some issues during our stay. The check-in process was not smooth, with a lack of communication regarding important requests such as anti-allergy bedding.

The hotel is situated close to all the temples, allowing for easy access to the fascinating historical sites.
