We loved the location of this place, nestled between palm trees just slightly out of the city centre. The staff was incredibly helpful, from the Filipino receptionist to everyone we encountered, who offered us everything from welcome drinks to dry cleaning services to tours around the area. The rooms were spacious and equipped with all the amenities we expect, including flat-screen TVs, mini-bars, and terraces. We enjoyed lounging by the poolside snack bar and getting treatments at the on-site spa centre. The whole experience was nothing short of luxurious.

The staff outshines, being very thoughtful and proactive, from reception desk to cleaning ladies. Breakfast is diverse and tasty, enjoyed at the pool, balcony or table. The rooftop restaurant is an amazing choice for dining. The poolbar is perfect for cooling down. A wonderful option for those seeking relaxation, close enough to be in the excitement.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff welcomed me like a queen, always asking how I was and if there was anything they could do to help. The room was clean and spacious, with a modern design, and the bathroom had plenty of pressure in the shower. The swimming pool was a great respite from the heat, and I would recommend ordering a cocktail and splashing around. The location of this place was perfect - just a 20-minute walk to the city center and all the food stalls along the way. Alternatively, a tuk-tuk ride was only $2. The staff were amazing, always friendly and genuinely concerned for my comfort. The rooms were fantastic and clean, and the pool area was a massive bonus. Not to mention, the breakfast was absolutely delicious. my stay here was most enjoyable, and I look forward to returning in the future.

The location was ideal, as we were able to easily explore the surrounding area by foot, and the complimentary shuttle service was a bonus. The rooms were spacious and clean, with great amenities like cold AC and a ceiling fan. The pool area was a beautiful oasis to relax in after exploring the temples. The breakfast was delicious and the service from the morning waitress was exceptional. The hotel even arranged our tours and provided free airport pickup and drop off, with a fantastic driver named Mr. Dara. We would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at Residence Indochine in Siem Reap for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a surprisingly comfortable bed. The staff was welcoming and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The pool and restaurant facilities were also impressive. it was a wonderful place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary water bottles and strong WiFi signal. I'll definitely be returning to this hotel.
