The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They arranged day trips and transportation for us. The rooms were clean and well-furnished in a modern style. The location was away from the busy pub street but still within walking distance.

This place is in a great location, situated in a quiet area away from the busy downtown core, yet still close to all the attractions. It's near the museum and a variety of restaurants, making it convenient for exploring and dining options. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel offers excellent amenities, including a spa & wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a beautiful garden area. The room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities, such as a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.

We would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Had a fantastic Christmas time at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The pool was a refreshing way to cool off in the heat. We also loved that the hotel offered bikes for us to explore the local area. The location was perfect, close enough to all the action but also in a peaceful area.

The wifi was a bit slow at times, but we were more interested in being out and about exploring anyways. The road leading up to the hotel was a bit bumpy and rough, but once we arrived at the hotel it was worth it.

The location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions, and the free bikes provided by the hotel were a bonus. The restaurant served delicious food and offered discounts for guests. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool area. we felt like part of the family at River Bay Villa.
