Management was helpful and understanding. Breakfast on the roof was enjoyable. Room lacked some attention. Staff were prompt and excellent. Buffet breakfast had a variety of options. Room was spacious with a nice view. AC and workout area were satisfactory. Clean and a peaceful retreat from the city.

The breakfast offers a good selection and the friendly staff are happy to prepare customized dishes. the comfortable beds ensure a pleasant stay.

It would be beneficial if the hotel had more elevators to accommodate guests during peak times.

The location was not ideal, with limited access to nearby restaurants and shops. the menu at the hotel restaurant was small and had poor food selection.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff here are absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The reception staff even helped me book tickets for my next destination without charging any extra fees. The breakfast at this place was incredible with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The buffet had everything from fried rice and omelettes to porridge and fried vegetables. The best part was enjoying breakfast on the terrace while taking in the breathtaking view. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and clean sheets that provided a perfect night's sleep. The hotel also had a sauna and jacuzzi, which I thoroughly enjoyed after a long day of exploring. the service, breakfast, and room amenities made my stay here truly exceptional.

Without a doubt, I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
